I went this weekend to a restaurant participating in the Miami Spice 2009 summer restaurant promotion. A 3-course dinner at a top restaurant for $35 during this recession is awesome.
Renowned chefs are cooking these affordable meals, and it is SO worth it. My boyfriend and I celebrated our one year anniversary this weekend, and guess what? We had an amazing, refined meal for a decent price (not an easy thing to achieve in Miami)! We love eating well, and we've been trying to save money by eating out less in general. But this was a special occasion, with great timing.
